Users shall not use Careerforge for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, posting false information, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraudulent activities.

All content on Careerforge, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Careerforge or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC)

10. Amendments

Careerforge reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
